Yay! Our first little baby chickens hatched! We were all very excited. Four of them hatched last night and this morning, and there are still about 10 eggs that should hatch in the next few days. They are adorable!!
And my guard is doing a great job taking care of them! He has their coop divided (sort of like the labor and delivery ward), with one mother hen sitting on the un-hatched eggs, and the other sitting on the new babies . . . so cute!
